Due to the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, deliveries outside and within of the UK could face significant delays. We would kindly request our customers consider the delivery feasibility in their local territory.


We currently deliver worldwide but are not limited to above listed countries. We offer global delivery to a list of approved countries but for deliveries to any countries not presented as options at the checkout, please contact our customer services team on who will endeavor to complete your order. Please note, we do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes.


The total you pay when you complete your order already includes all duties and taxes owed to local authorities. You would not need to pay any further fees when the package is delivered.


*Delivery time is for reference only and commences from the date of shipping. It is subject to the acceptance and approval of your order and may take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries. Please note deliveries may experience delays during holiday seasons. To avoid delays please include your complete shipping address.

When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted.

If you have a registered account with us, you may check the status of your order online. Visit ‘My Account’, sign in to your account and click the 'Your Orders' tab. Your order status may take up to one to two business days to update after your order has been placed.

Please can we also ask that if your items are not suitable or you need to return for any reason, that you contact us at so that we can give you further instructions, as under the current circumstances our returns processes have changed slightly.

We really appreciate your patience and are hoping that you and all of your family are staying safe in these times.



Should this happen, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods are returned within the guidelines below. Should you wish to cancel an order or have any further enquiries, please email Customer Services at We reserve the right not to fulfil and to cancel orders.

With the safety of colleagues and customers in mind, we have decided to extend our returns policy to 60 days from the date of purchase until further notice.

Please be aware that our warehouse team are currently operating one day a week. This means returned orders will unfortunately take a longer time to process than usual. 

Please contact our customer services team prior to returning any products to ensure we can receive your returns. 

Please include the returns form that is included in your package. 

At this point we are unable to accept online returns to any of our retail stores.

All goods are to be returned unused in their original packaging. All labels and garment tags must still be attached. Any garments returned in an unsellable state will not be processed. This does not affect your right to return faulty goods.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for all shipping and costs incurred when returning goods. We would recommend that you return the goods with a delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods as we cannot take responsibility for any items lost without proof of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post and retain proof of postage. Please also note that we will not cover any taxes or duties incurred when returning items; this is to be paid by the sender.

Refunds can only be issued to the card used to purchase the goods and will be refunded within 14 business days of receipt of return during non-sale periods.

Please allow up to 14 working days, from the date at which returned items have arrived back at our returns location, for returns to be fully processed.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.
