PAYMENT METHODS

To make sure you can have a safe and secure shopping experience, Kent & Curwen uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet.

We accept online payment in a secure environment by Credit Card: Visa and Mastercard.

We also provide you with the option to pay with PayPal. During checkout, in the payment page, you may select Paypal and you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to KentandCurwen.com.

We currently deliver worldwide but are not limited to above listed countries. Please note, we do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes.

*Delivery time is for reference only and commences from the date of shipping. It is subject to the acceptance and approval of your order and may take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries. Please note deliveries may experience delays during holiday seasons. To avoid delays please include your complete shipping address. 

The total you pay when you complete your order already includes all duties and taxes owed to local authorities. You would not need to pay any further fees when the package is delivered.

 

TRACK YOUR ORDER

When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted.

If you have a registered account with us, you may check the status of your order online. Visit ‘My Account’, sign in to your account and click the 'Your Orders' tab. Your order status may take up to one 2 business day to update after your order has been placed.

 

RETURNS

All purchases are subject to our returns policy outlined as below.

 

CANCELLING AN EXISTING ORDER

We endeavour to process all orders within 2 working days of an order being placed, so it is sometimes not possible for us to stop an order being delivered that has already been dispatched. Should this happen, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods are returned within the guidelines below. Should you wish to cancel an order or have any further enquiries, please email Customer Services at contactus@kentandcurwen.com. We reserve the right to not fulfil and to cancel orders.

Acceptance of Returns/Exchanges is subject to the following conditions:

RETURNING AN ORDER

Free returns are available for full price products only by following below steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team via contactus@kentandcurwen.com
  2. Our customer service team will confirm your return by providing you return e-waybill and return commercial invoice (for cross border only)
  3. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box
  4. Attach the e-waybill and return commercial invoice (for cross border only) and seal the parcel
  5. Call local courier’s hotline (we will provide you via email) for pick up

For discounted items, it is customer’s responsibility to pay for all shipping costs (including duty and tax if applicable) for return. We will not be responsible for any lost in transit. We recommend you send by registered post and retain proof of postage.

  4. Ship to the address listed at the bottom of this page

All goods need to be returned unused in their original packaging. All labels and garment tags must still be attached. Any garments returned in an unsellable condition will not be processed. This does not affect your right to return faulty goods.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days upon receipt of the goods. The easiest way is to return the goods in accordance with the below instructions. If you are unable to return to us within 14 days, you need to at least notify us of your intention to return within 14 days.

At this point we are unable to accept online returns to any of our retail stores.

Returns outside of the 14 day period may be accepted at our discretion but will only be refunded as credit in the form of a promotion code that will only be redeemable online.

We will only refund the value of the goods returned, no shipping costs will be refunded unless previously agreed by a member of our Customer Services team via email. Refunds can only be issued to the card used to purchase the goods and will be refunded within 14 business days.

 

EXCHANGES

Free exchanges are available for full price products only by following below steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team via contactus@kentandcurwen.com
  2. Our customer service team will confirm whether the newly requested products are available
  3. Return e-waybill and return commercial invoice (for cross border only) will be sent to you
  4. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box
  5. Attach the e-waybill and return commercial invoice (for cross border only) and seal the parcel
  6. Call local courier’s hotline (we will provide you via email) for pick up

Please note, we will only dispatch the required item until we have received the product you wish to return and will only exchange goods at the value paid at point of purchase.

During sale periods we are not able to hold items for exchange so would suggest that if you wish to purchase an alternative size or colour you purchase this online while it is available and then return the unwanted item within the guidelines explained in above “return an order” section.
